Riverfront event venue surrounded by 100 acres of rolling farmland.
Conveniently located just minutes from Harrisonburg, Staunton, Waynesboro, and Elkton and only an hour from Charlottesville.
Private and secluded venue area surrounded by trees and fields and water.
Tranquil and quiet. You can hear the birds, the water flowing in the river, and the wind in the trees. No roads nearby.

One-Day Rental - $250
Our one-day rental is the perfect option for wedding ceremonies with off-site receptions, family reunions, birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, company picnics, or other events requiring minimal set-up and clean-up.
Access to the venue from 9:00am-9:00pm
Onsite parking for up to 100 cars.
Campfire area with wood provided.
Stone steps to access river.
